Services for Etheline B. Franks, 75, formerly of Ballard County, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center. Burial will be in Barlow Cemetery.

Mrs. Franks died at 2 a.m. Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, at Parkview Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.

She was a member of Grace Valley Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Billy Gene Franks of Melber and Clarence Franks of Barlow; two daughters. Debra Lynn Ogletree of Paducah and Lora Ann Talley of Kevil; three brothers, Lawrence Ward of Carlisle, Ill., Joe Ward of Kevil and Roy Seaton of Horseshoe Lake, Ark.; one sister, Lucy Vaughn of Paducah; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Franks II. Her parents were Lucas and Gladys Ward.

Friends may call after noon Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at the funeral home.
