Gary and Debbie Hines of New Columbia, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacie Lynn Hines, to Zachary Waters Allen, son of Randy and Freida Allen of Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Miss Hines is the granddaughter of the late Lavern and Iva Hines, and the late Henry and Audrey Castleman. She is a 2007 graduate of Massac County High School and earned a master’s degree in music business in 2011 from Belmont University.

Mr. Allen is the grandson of the late Daniel and Lona Allen, and the late John and Lois Waters. He is a 2000 graduate of Myrtle Beach High School and a graduate of Full Sail University. He is the head engineer at The Tracking Room Studio in Nashville, Tenn.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 30 at The Hermitage Church in Nashville, Tenn. All friends and relatives are invited.
