MAYFIELD — Dennis Dale Ridenour, 68, of Mayfield died at 12:43 p.m. Monday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.

Mr. Ridenour was of the Christian faith. He was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran and retired from Goodyear Tire Company.

He is survived by his wife, Armetha Faulkner Ridenour; one daughter, Jackie Ridenour of Water Valley; one son, Chris Ridenour of Water Valley; two sisters, Alexe Toups and Mickie Lewis, both of Hahnville, La.; and two brothers, Carmen Ridenour of Greenville, Calif., and Joe Ridenour of Mayfield.

His parents were Carmen and Lorene Green Ridenour.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olive Methodist Church with the Rev. Ronnie Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Methodist Church Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Brown Funeral Home and after noon Thursday at the church.
