PRYORSBURG — Jack Richard West, 65, of the Pryorsburg community died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at his home.

Mr. West was a member of Wingo Church of Christ.

He was a retired carpenter and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn West; his mother, Dorothy Faye West of Mayfield; two daughters, Melanie Lamm of Boaz and Tracy Scheel of Pryorsburg; two sons, Johnny West of St. Louis, Mich., and Jackie Richardson of Pryorsburg; three brothers, Mike West of Mayfield, Mitch West of California, and Mark West of Lowes; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, John William West; and a son, Brian West.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield.

Rev. Gerald Barnes will be officiating.

Burial will be in Mayfield Memory Gardens.
