HICKMAN — Chase Lewis, 13-month-old son of Denzel Cook of Martin, Tenn., and Megan Fitts of Hickman, died Nov. 28 at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Olivia Hogans of Milwaukee, Wis.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. James Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
