Barbara Elaine Wilson Dubber, age 64, passed away Monday morning, December 3, 2012, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky.
Barbara was born August 16, 1948, in Freehold, New Jersey to the late Bill and Avis Wilson. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Paducah. In her early career, she worked for the McCracken County Public Library. She recently retired as the Office Manager for the Purchase Area Sexual Assault and Child Advocacy Center, most often referred to as “Miss Barbara’s house” by the children and families served. Barbara was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be forever cherished.
She is survived by her loving husband, Howard Dubber; her son, Christopher Riley; her two grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas; and granddaughter, Emma, all of Paducah; her brother, Billy Wilson and his wife Sunny of Palm Coast, Florida; two nieces; and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Avis Mancini Wilson.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with visitation beginning at 5 p.m. Additional memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday at Grace Episcopal Church in Paducah with the Rev. Elizabeth Wade officiating.

The family has requested that anyone who has photographs of Barbara, bring them to the visitation Friday evening so they can be added to the photo collage.
