GILBERTSVILLE — Doris F. Kidd, 79, of Gilbertsville died at 4:25 p.m. Saturday at Western Baptist Hospital.

She was a retired clerk at Rodney’s IGA and a member of Briensburg Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Frank R. Kidd; two sons, Tommy Kidd of Hopkinsville and Terry Kidd of Benton; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Norma Lee Koontz of Fairfield, Ill., Faye Willmore of Mount Vernon, Ill., and Joyce Caudle of Fairfield, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Norman Kenton Kelley; and one sister.

Her parents were John Ralph Beck and Anna Leona McNeil Beck.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Collier Funeral Home in Benton, with Gary Knuckles officiating.

Interment will follow in Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
