HICKMAN — Beatrice Turner, 91, of Kokomo, Ind., formerly of Hickman, died Nov. 20 at Northwood Village Nursing Home in Kokomo, Ind.

She was retired from Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Kokomo and was a member of Wayman Chapel AME Church.

She is survived by her husband, Al Turner; one son, James Turner of Kokomo; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.

Her parents were Charles and Willie Nash Atkins.

Services were held Saturday at Strong Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Benford officiating.

Burial was at Hickman City Cemetery.
