CLINTON — Cynthia Ann Bone Smith, 47, of Clinton died Thursday at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville.

She was a certified nurses aide at Countryside Nursing Home.

She is survived by her husband, David Smith; one son, Jeremy Veatch of Cincinnati, Ohio; her father, Jerry Whayne Bone of Clinton; one sister, Debra Fannin of Murray; one stepson, Rodney Smith of Paducah; one stepdaughter, Missy Griffith of Columbus; and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Barclay Bone.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Laura Vincent officiating.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
