Gary Olen Chase, 55, of Paducah died at 8 p.m. Nov. 10 at his home.

He was a roofer for ESR Construction.

Mr. Chase is survived by two sons, John Web Chase of Washington and Gary John Gabriel Chase of California; one sister, Kelly Travis of Grand Rivers; one niece; and one nephew.

His parents were Webster Chase and Dona Gothan Chase.

There will be no visitation or funeral services.
