CADIZ — Patrick Perschke, 55, of Cadiz died Wednesday at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz.

He was a member of Cadiz United Methodist Church.

He was the owner and practicing chiropractor at The Adonia Chiropractic Office in Hopkinsville. He was a member of the Chiropractic Association of Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife, Renee Perschke; his mother, Ruth Perschke of Pennsylvania; one son, Donnie Konias of Cadiz; one daughter, Sophia Blackwell; one brother, David Perschke of Pennsylvania; and a sister, Lori Perschke of Pennsylvania.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Perschke.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Cadiz United Methodist Church with the Rev. Steven Spitzer officiating.

Friends may call after 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the church.
