HARDIN — Della Marie Barber, 50, of Hardin died Wednesday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

She was a supervisor in the catering department for Murray State University and a member of Southland Baptist Temple.

She is survived by her husband, William Barber; one daughter, Devina Caruthers of Hardin; three sons, Damon Lindsey of Hardin, Joshua Lindsey of Boaz, and Christopher Lindsey of Benton; three sisters, Brenda Galler, Patricia Pallent and Polly Milligan, all of Knoxville, Tenn.; three brothers, Junior Ellis and Eddie Ellis, both of Knoxville, Tenn., and Steve Ellis of Paducah; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Ellis, and a sister.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Collier Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Topper Council officiating. Burial will follow at Provine Cemetery in Benton.
