FANCY FARM — Elve “Marie” Johnson, 85, of Fancy Farm died at 11:12 a.m. Monday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield.
She was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Fancy Farm and a retired hairdresser.
She is survived by her husband, Dick Johnson; one daughter, Mary Jane Johnson of Clawson, Mich.; and one sister, Jane Toon of Fancy Farm.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Her parents were Elmer and Lillie Simon Wilson.
Funeral Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Fancy Farm with the Rev. Darrell Venters officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Thursday at the church, where Rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
