BENTON — Jessie M. Ross, 98, of Seneca, S.C., died Thursday, October 11, 2012, at her residence in Seneca, S.C.

She was a self-employed dry cleaner and a member of First Missionary Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Ray Crass and the late Germo (Morris) Crass.

She is survived by one son, Billy Ross and wife Linda of Seneca, S.C.; one stepson, Darrol Ross and wife Lynn of Fort Mill, S.C.; one stepdaughter, Sandra Christopher of Oakland, N.J.; one stepsister, Talmeth Powell and husband Bill of Ledbetter; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home of Benton, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, October 15, 2012. Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 16, at 11 a.m. Bro. Alan Miller will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Benton Cemetery in Benton, Ky.
