LEDBETTER — Mr. Robert Dale Curry, 84, of Ledbetter, passed away Tuesday night, October 9, 2012, at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City.

He was a member of the IBEW local 369 for 58 years.

He is survived by his companion of many years, Rose Mary Hopskins; two children, Pamela Williford of Calvert City and Robert David Curry of Delta, Colo.; two brothers, Charles “Woody” Curry of Ledbetter and Joe Glenn Curry of Salem; one sister, Phyllis Whitworth of Ledbetter; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Estelle Harmon Curry; one daughter, Patricia Ann Curry; and one brother, Stanley Curry.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors with the Rev. Mike Grimes officiating. Burial will follow in Carrsville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors in Salem.
