FORT WORTH, Texas — Nellie Louise (Smith) Pugh, 92, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Paducah, died Monday, October 8, 2012, at Remarkable Health Care in Fort Worth.

Mrs. Pugh was the former owner of House of Flowers.

She enjoyed cooking, socializing with friends and family and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her daughter, Janice Smith Grad and husband Michael of Fort Worth, Texas; one son, Gerald Pugh of Hardin, Ky.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Orlis Pugh; a sister, Hazel Holt; and a brother, Melvin Smith.

Her parents were Milt and Maude Story Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Harold Council officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
