LOUISVILLE — In Loving Memory of Katrina Ann Chapman, Our dear daughter and sister was sent to Heaven on Oct. 4, 2012.

Katrina was born on September 12, 1963, in Owensboro, Ky. 

Katrina was loved and will be missed by her parents, Jerry Chapman and Julia Westerfield Chapman of Greenwood, Ind.

She is also survived by her two sisters, Tonya Howard and husband Shelby III of Greenwood, Ind., and Nicole Webb and her husband Greg of Paducah, Ky.; four nieces and nephews, Whitney Rawlings of Whiteland, Ind., Shelby Howard IV and his wife Kelly of Greenwood, Ind., daughter and son of Tonya and Shelby Howard, Boston, and Blake Hicks, and Garett Webb, sons and daughter of Nicole and Greg Webb; and four great-nieces and nephews, Madison Harkness and Lucas Rawlings, daughter and son of Whitney Rawlings, and Shelby Howard V and Brooklyn Howard, son and daughter of Shelby and Kelly Howard.

Katrina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Ollie Westerfield of Owensboro, Ky., and Owen and Imogene Chapman of Philpot, Ky.

Katrina has been a resident of Hazelwood Center of Louisville, Ky., since December 1982.

Her family is so grateful to all the staff and residents of Hazelwood for their loving care, support and companionship.

Visitation will be from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens at Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, Ind., followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Greenwood, Ind.

Katrina will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and her sweet and loving personality, and her memory will live on forever in our hearts.
