MURRAY — Herbert Roy Cole, 87, of Menomonie, Wis., formerly of Murray, died Friday at his home.

He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He worked in laundry management for hotels and hospital and retired from St. Joseph’s Medical Center, South Bend, Ind.

He is survived by one son, Steve Cole of Menomonie; five grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Frances Cole; one sister; one brother; one daughter, Bonny Yeske, and one granddaughter. His parents were Albert and Jessie Cole.

Graveside services with military rites will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Murray Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tim Cole officiating. Friends may meet at the cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
