BENTON — Clara Lee Agent, 73, of Benton died Monday at Calvert City Convalescent Center.

Mrs. Agent was a member of Smithland First Baptist Church and a Homemaker.

She is survived by one son, James (Melissa) Agent of Benton; one daughter, Brenda Lee (Dewayne) Ferrell of Grand Rivers; two brothers, William (Joyce) Bonds of Smithland and Marvin (June) Bonds of Smithland; three grandchildren, Kaci Agent of Benton, Heather Walker of Grand Rivers, and David Ferrell of Gilbertsville; two great-grandchildren, Albert Walker of Grand Rivers and Katelyn Walker of Grand Rivers; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudell and Pearl Bonds; and her husband, Solomon Ollie Agent.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Smith Funeral Chapel in Smithland with Bro. George Culp officiating. Burial will follow at Smithland Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 until 8 Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel.
