MURRAY — Nerene Fielder Thomas, 93, of Murray died Thursday at her home.

She was a member of Elm Grove Baptist Church and a seamstress.

She is survived by four daughters, Wanda Suiter of Murray, Betty Haley of Almo, Judy Madura of Springfield, Ill., and Shirley Thomas of Murray; one brother, James A. Fielder of Murray; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mason Thomas; one sister; and one brother. Her parents were Willis and Bulah Steele Fielder.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with the Rev. Calvin Wilkins officiating, and burial in Elm Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
