CADIZ — Della A. Spann, 69, of Cadiz died Wednesday at Shady Lawn Nursing Center in Cadiz.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by three sons, Henry Morgan Spann Jr., Robert Earl Spann, and William Samuel, all of Cadiz,; two sisters, Mary Speaks of Cadiz and Barbara Leonard of Hopkinsville; nine grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Spann Sr.; one daughter, Linda Ann Spann; one brother; and one sister. Her parents were Willis Samuel and Lizzie Armstrong Clark.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Rev. David Ray Futrell officiating. Burial will follow at Trigg Memory Acres in Cadiz.
