KARNAK, Ill. — Daniel Kirby, 68, of Karnak died at 6:10 a.m. Friday at his home.

He was of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his wife, LaVine Kirby; three daughters, Kathy May Mumm of Random Lake, Wis., Karla Marie Jones of Karnak, and Kelly M. Barringer of North Fondulac, Wis.; one son, James D. Kirby of North Fondulac; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four sisters; and two brothers.

He was preceded in death by two brothers. His parents were Fred and Janie Kirby.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis with the Rev. Timothy Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Ridge Cemetery.
