KUTTAWA — Mrs. Mary Theresa Jennings, 85, of Kuttawa, died Monday, September 17th at the home of her daughter in Murray following a long illness.

She was a homemaker and a member of Chestnut Oak United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Suzanne Seeley of Murray, Ginger Castleberry & husband Rickie of Reidland, and Jill Akridge & husband Paul of Eddyville; five grandchildren, Logan Akridge, Olivia Akridge, Adam Castleberry, Josh Castleberry, Justin Seeley; and two great-grandchildren, Audrey Akridge and Henry Akridge.

Mrs. Jennings was preceded in death by her husband, Denzil E. Jennings; her parents, Hugh and Mary Leona Jones Ovey; one brother, Glycon Ovey; and one sister, Frances Knoth.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until Noon Wednesday, September 19 at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville.

Funeral services will be at Noon Wednesday at the funeral home with Bro. Dean Webber officiating. Burial will follow in Chestnut Oak Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be: Rickie Castleberry, Josh Castleberry, Justin Seeley, Paul Akridge, Logan Akridge, Hugh Edward Knoth and G.L. Ovey.
