BENTON — Gilbert Wayne Filbeck, 75, of Benton died Saturday at his home.

He was a member of Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church and self-employed contractor.

He is survived by one daughter, Eva Mae Filbeck Hubbard of Benton; two sons, Darrell Wayne Filbeck of Benton and Hoye Filbeck of Smithland; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Debbie Triplett, and one brother. His parents were Hoy and Marion Filbeck.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Collier Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Brewers Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
