Mr. and Mrs. Buford Coursey of Paducah will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 9 at Southland Baptist Temple Activity Center. All friends and relatives are invited.

Mr. Coursey and the former Wanda Sue Ramage were married Sept. 1, 1962, by the Rev. Roosevelt Denson in Brookport, Ill. Their attendants were Delores Via and Molloy Jackson Jr.

Mrs. Coursey formerly worked at CTS, Walker Boat Yard and James Marine. She is the daughter of the late Lee Ray and Earnestine Ramage.

Mr. Coursey formerly worked at Midwest Dairy and retired from USEC. He is the son of the late Rollie and Lyda Coursey.

They have one daughter, Tina Barkley of Paducah, and one grandson.
