GILBERTSVILLE — Mr. and Mrs. Jerry D. Hall of Gilbertsville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday. The couple request no gifts.

Mr. Hall and the former Betty Joan McAlister were married Sept. 8, 1962, by Clyde Balderson in Taylor, Mich. Their attendants were Ginger Young Reardon and Robert Hall.

Mrs. Hall is the daughter of the late James and Nola McAlister.

Mr. Hall is a retired chemical engineer-operations manager for Arkema. He is the son of the late Chris and Hazel Hall.

They have three children: Brad Hall and Wendy Hall Darnell, both of Gilbertsville, and Dan Hall of Benton; and four grandchildren.
