ALMO — Tex Todd, 85, of Almo died Monday at her home.
She retired from Murray-Calloway County Hospital after 40 years, where she worked as a surgical nurse and head of surgery.
She was a member of Goshen United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one son, Sam Todd of Eddyville; three daughters, Tina Sexton of Murray, Mina Todd of Louisville, and Mimi Etheridge of Almo; one sister, Mozell Bragdon of New Braunfels, Texas; seven grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Clinton Todd. Her parents were Judson and Maybelle Moore.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Heritage Family Funeral Home with the Revs. Kendrick Lewis and David Albritten officiating.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
