EDDYVILLE — Hattie Elaine Forsythe, 82, of Eddyville, died Sunday at her home.

She was a member of Suwanee Furnace Baptist Church in Lyon County.

Her parents were Jessie and Dealie O’Bryan.

Survivors include her loving, devoted companion of over 50 years, Sharmon Ferguson of Eddyville; two daughters, Brenda Springs and Bonnie Faulkner, both of Eddyville; three grandchildren, Misty Stinnett Rowland of Paducah, Marty Stinnett of Kuttawa, and Wendy Faulkner Manchanda of Las Vegas; and nine great-grandchildren, Cameron, Payton, and Logan Aldridge of Paducah, Jake and Aaron Cannon of Eddyville, Cole Cannon and Ramey Manchanda of Las Vegas, and Keegan and Blake Stinnett of Kuttawa; one brother, Doyle O”Bryan of Aurora; and one sister, Edna Baker of Eddyville.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Connie Clark; three grandsons, Michael Springs, Derek Faulkner and Christopher Springs; three brothers; and two sisters.

Arrangements are being handled by Dunn’s Funeral Home in Eddyville. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 30th at Dycusburg Cemetery with the Rev. Jeremy Short officiating. There will be no visitation.
