Dottie S. Vaughn, 77, of Paducah died at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah.

Mrs. Vaughn was a homemaker. She was member of Oaklawn Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Kerry Vaughn and wife Regina and Jon Vaughn and wife Debbie, all of Paducah; one daughter, Karen Woods and husband Charles of Paducah; two sisters, Helen Black of Gary, Indiana, and Kay Coberley of Keokuk, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Vaughn; two brothers; and one sister. Her parents were Conrad R. Wring and Effie Smith Wring.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with the Revs. Royce Dukes and Terry Sills officiating.

Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
