CALVERT CITY — Charlene Russell, 69, of Calvert City died at 5:15 a.m. Sunday at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.
Mrs. Russell was a retired bookkeeper at Peoples First National Bank of Paducah and was a member of Church of the Nazarene of Paducah.
She is survived by her husband, James C. Russell; two sons, David James McCullough of Kingston Spring, Tenn., and Gary Wayne McCullough of Brentwood, Tenn.; one daughter, Angela Joy Jacobsen of Bossier City, La.; one stepson, James Kelly Russell of Paducah; four brothers, Amos Reed of Ixonia, Wis., Burrel Reed and Bart Reed, both of Paducah, and David Reed of Staunton, Va.; six sisters, Naomi Heldenbrand of Ledbetter, Irene Taylor of Kansas City, Mo., Martha Strange of Arnold, Mo., Pauline Palstring of Rockport, Ind., Jo Ann Martin of Indianapolis and Sheila Shelby of Ledbetter; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers. Her parents were William Arthur Reed and Nina Burns Reed.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. David McCullough officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
