Mark and Cindy Shoulta of Benton announce the engagement of their daughter, Ansley Nicole Shoulta, to Micah Logan Joiner, son of Mike and Ellen Joiner of Smithland.

Miss Shoulta is the granddaughter of Robert and Ruth Robertson of Boaz, and Philip and Bonnie Shoulta of Paducah. She is a 2010 graduate of Marshall County High School and earned an associate degree in 2012 from West Kentucky Community & Technical College. She is employed by White & White Family Dentistry in Paducah.

Mr. Joiner is the grandson of William “Buddy” Joiner of Smithland, Gay Dean Whitsett of Owensboro, and Paul and Clara Culp of Benton. He is a 2006 graduate of Livingston Central High School and is employed by Jackson Purchase Energy Corp. in Paducah.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 1 at Southland Baptist Temple in Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited. Only out-of-town invitations are being sent.
