SOUTH FULTON, Tenn. — Freida Mae Barron, 90, of South Fulton died Sunday at Dyer Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Dyer.

She was a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church and worked for Brown Shoe Company. She lived in this area most of her life.

She is survived by two grandsons, Gary Clark of Brentwood, Tenn., and Jackie Clark of Mayfield, Ky.; one great-grandchild, David Dale Clark of Mayfield; and two great-great-grandchildren, Davin Dale Clark and Crasston McConnell Clark, both of Mayfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Howard Barron; a daughter, Gwen Harrison; a brother; and eight sisters. Her parents were John Martin and Urma Harrison.

Services will be at 1 p.m Thursday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, Ky. Interment will be in Obion County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
