MAYFIELD — Stanley Crawford, 76, of Golo died Friday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

He was a member of Bethel church of Christ, a retired employee of Continental General Tire and Rubber Company, and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Edith Landon Crawford; one son, Jerry Crawford of Golo; two brothers, Elden Crawford of Mayfield and Kenneth Crawford of Fulton; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three sisters. His parents were James and Algie Hart Crawford.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Byrn Funeral Home, with burial in New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
