Helen V. McNeely, 88, Richmond, Va., and formerly of Lone Oak, Ky., died Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Henrico Doctors Hospital in Richmond, Va.

Helen was a native of Monett, Mo., and a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church in Paducah, Ky. She was a homemaker and often volunteered at church, taking special interest in the library.

Memorial graveside services will be held at noon, Saturday, August 4, 2012, at Mount Kenton Cemetery with the Rev. Stan Reid officiating.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday, August, 4, 2012, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.

Survivors include one son, Clif (Babs) McNeely, Richmond, Va.; four grandchildren, Amanda, Lorissa, Michael and Abby; one great-grandson, Elijah Hummel; one sister, Joann Auinbauh, St. Louis, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Thomas Earl McNeely; one great-granddaughter, Caroline Rose Hummel; parents, Luther and Minnie Keaton Hunt; five sisters; and one brother.
