OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. — Clyde Millard Quesenberry, 78, of Olive Branch died at 9:37 p.m. Thursday at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was a retired Army sergeant major with 24 years of service, including Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of Pulaski County Memorial VFW Post 8891 in Mounds and the Pulaski-Alexander County Sportman’s Club in Miller City.

He is survived by a son, Scott Quesenberry of Olive Branch; two granddaughters, Lindsay Zeschke, and Kourtnee McHughs; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Della Bratton, Agnes Shelton, and Nina Lane, all of Pulaski, Va., and a niece.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Faye Yates; and a brother. His parents were John and Annie Quesenberry.

Private services will be Monday at Olive Branch Cemetery with military honors. Interment will follow.
