Mr. and Mrs. Marvin P. Belt of Paducah recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Belt and the former Helen Tinsley were married Oct. 18, 1941.

Mr. Belt is retired from Essex Wire.

They have four children: Christine Williams and Wayne Belt, both of Paducah, Deon Belt of West Paducah and Imogene Shoulta of Holiday, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
