Kelly Elizabeth Jackson and Kyle Ethan Johnson were united in marriage June 11 at Broadway United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joe Beal officiating. Music was provided by Nancy Ryan of Paducah, organist, and the Watkins Family String Quartet of Paducah.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Jackson of Paducah.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rick Johnson of Henderson.

The bride chose her sister, Dr. Lauren Jackson of Seattle, Wash., as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Courtney Harris of Paducah; Miss Amanda Johnson and Mrs. Annie P. Lester, both of Lexington; Miss Sarah Sebastian of Cary, N.C.; and Miss Allie Watts of Dayton, Ohio. Serving as flower girls were Miss Anne Marie Dreyer, daughter of Laura Thompson of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and Miss Katherine Sawyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Sawyer of Chattanooga.

The groom chose his brother, Dr. Benjamin Johnson of Lexington, as his best man. Groomsmen were Miguel Bello of Santiago, Chile; Jarred Hensley of Auburn, Ala.; Ben Jackson of Murray, brother of the bride; Miles Jackson and Cary Lester, both of Lexington.

A reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, a 2007 graduate of Georgetown College with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a May graduate of Mercer University’s physician assistant program. She is employed by the Orthopaedic Institute of Western Kentucky.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Henderson County High School and a 2007 graduate of Georgetown College with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. He is a self-employed organic produce farmer.

The couple resides in Paducah.
