Jeff Conkwright and Callie Davis, both of Paducah, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelssie Conkwright, to Michael Green, son of Richard and Marsha Green of Benton.

Miss Conkwright is the granddaughter of Judy Conkwright of Paducah and the late David Conkwright, and Lisa and Jimmy Davis of Paducah. She is a 2008 graduate of Penn Foster High School and a graduate of Daymar College with an associate degree. She is employed as a medical assistant and phlebotomist at Albertson Family Medical.

Mr. Green is the grandson of James “Eddie” and Lucy Midyett of Paducah and Emma Green of Dallas, Texas, and the late Marion Green. He is a 2003 graduate of Marshall County High School and attended West Kentucky Community & Technical College. He is a graduate of John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer employed by Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home & Crematory in Benton.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 1 at Briensburg Church of Christ in Benton. All friends and relatives are invited.
