BOAZ — Mr. and Mrs. Don Nalley of Boaz will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 4 at Renee’s Event Center, 2946 Cairo Road, Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited. The couple requests no gifts.

Mr. Nalley and the former Cathy McNeil were married Sept. 2, 1961, at Grace Baptist Church in Paducah. Their attendents were Vernola Gray Turner and Larry Buckman.

Mrs. Nalley is a bookkeeper at Larry Meadows Body Shop in Paducah. She is the daughter of the late Vernon and Phair McNeil.

Mr. Nalley is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and is retired from Air Products & Chemical and Wacker Chemical in Calvert City. He is the son of the late Milo and Dorothy Garman.

They are the parents of Laura Deaton and Sandra Williams, both of Lexington, Kristie Marcum of Stanton and Tracy Strickland of Boaz. They have five grandchildren.
