Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Holt of Paducah recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Holt and the former Polly Weaver were married July 14, 1961, in Pensacola, Fla.

Mrs. Holt is a retired office secretary. She is the daughter of the late Paul and Addie Weaver.

Mr. Holt is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired Paducah police chief. He is the son of the late Ralph and Gava Holt.

They are the parents of Robin L. Holt of Paducah, Cherry Holt Conrad of Nashville, Tenn., and Donna Holt Wilson of Spartanburg, S.C. They have four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
