Lonnie and Pat Waddy of Paducah announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Breann Waddy, to Ernie Rosen Bainbridge, son of Gordon Bainbridge and Nora Bainbridge, both of Houston, Texas.
Miss Waddy is the granddaughter of Bob and Rue Roethemeyer of Ledbetter and the late Joseph Waddy, and the late B.B. and Mildred Driver. She is a 2002 graduate of Reidland High School and a 2006 cum laude graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in print journalism.
Mr. Bainbridge is the grandson of Emma Ordóñez of Ecatepec, Mexico, and the late Jesús Montes, and the late E. Gordon and Catherine Bainbridge. He is a 2002 graduate of Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas, and a 2008 cum laude graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in art education. He is employed by the Houston Independent School District as a fourth-grade teacher.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Nov. 20 in Magnolia, Texas.
