Mayfield beats Webster County

Staff report

At Dixon, Mayfield pulled away late to win 51-45 in a back-and-forth game at Webster County on Thursday night.

Mayfield improved to 6-9 while Webster fell to 11-4.

Marshall Bacon led the Cardinals with 18 points; Taye Love added 13 and Haley Ballard 11. Mason Roland led the Trojans with 17 and Zac Shoulders added 11.
