Woman of Achievement nomination form

The Paducah/River City Business and Professional Women’s organization and the Four Rivers Business Journal invites you as the leader of a McCracken County business, church, organization or school to nominate outstanding women in our community to receive the 2014 Woman of Achievement Award. This award is given annually to honor business and professional women who have achieved their goals through education, business, professional service, and civic participation.

For consideration for the award, the woman nominated should meet at least three of the following criteria:

1. Contribution of time and talent within the community

2. Outstanding achievement in her chosen career

3. Recognition in the community or workplace within the last year for outstanding work and/or contribution

4. Achievement of goals within the community

5. A woman of high ideals and admired for her leadership

Nominees for this award will be contacted and asked to complete an awards nomination form. A panel of judges will review the completed forms and select the Woman of Achievement award recipient. Nominees will be featured in the October edition of the Four Rivers Business Journal. The award recipient will be featured in the November edition of the Journal. The 2014 Woman of Achievement award winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship to be used toward training and development.

Please take a few moments to consider nominating a recipient. If you have any questions about the nomination procedure, please feel free to contact Kendra Mitchell at (270) 575-8625.
