Paducah attorney Burton "Dell" Washburn shows differences in the 2007 and 2008 McCracken County zoning maps during a presentation at Monday's Fiscal Court meeting. Washburn hired outside Geographic Information Systems specialists last year to research an undocumented change to property he owned. The research showed more than 500 zone changes to the maps.
