No patients filter through St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic in Paducah on Sunday, but a partnership with a new health association might help the clinic expand hours and scope of patients treated. KentuckyCare, based out of Arkansas, is working with St. Nicholas in a partnership that would allow the clinic to also treat low-income, minimally insured patients, whereas the clinic treats only patients with no insurance currently.
