The Graves County Co-Ed Competition Cheerleading squad was honored duriing a school rally Tuesday at Graves County High School. The school won its sixth Universal Cheerleading Association national championship last weekend in Orlando, Fla. The Graves County Co-Ed Competition Cheerleading squad watches the performance that won them their 6th national championship in the past eight years at the Universal Cheerleading Association finals this past Saturday, February 9 in Orlando Florida. The students were welcomed home Tuesday morning with a pep rally int heir school's gymnasium. The team's coach Jon Summerville, has been with them through all of those titles won in 2006-07, 2009-11 and now in 2013. The 22 teammates competed against nine other teams to win their title. Up next for the athletes is a KHSAA competition in only two weeks.
