The Purchase District Health Department and Fulton County Extension Service will offer a series of free diabetes classes this month in Hickman.
The sessions will be 9:30 a.m.-noon four consecutive Wednesdays, starting March 9, at the extension office, 2114 S. Seventh St. Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions. Topics will include healthy meal plans, checking blood sugar, treatment of high and low blood sugar levels, and staying active. To register, call 270-236-2351.
