MAYFIELD — Memorial services for Will H. Toon, 71, of Mayfield will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield. The Revs. Brad Morris, Bryant Kerns and Tony Rowe will officiate. Inurnment will be Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Toon died at 8:15 a.m. Thursday at his home.

He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Mayfield and was retired from General Tire. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Toon is survived by his wife, Peggy Sullivan Toon; four brothers, Paul R. Toon of Hickory, Glenn Toon of Mayfield, and Ronnie Toon and Donnie Toon, both of Sedalia; two sisters, Betty Toon Matheny of Mayfield and Mary Willie Toon Thompson of Murray; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Don Toon; eight brothers; and one sister. His parents were William Henry and Mary Jo Hayden Toon.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
