WINGO — Services for Wendy Lee Cook, 52, of Wingo will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Byrn Funeral Chapel in Mayfield with burial in Coplen Cemetery.

Mrs. Cook died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at her home.

She was an employee of Jackson Purchase Medical Center, where she worked as a receptionist. She was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Cook is survived by her parents, Donald and Margo Malueg of Black Creek, Wisc.; one daughter, Keri Hicks of Farmington; one brother, Vince Malueg of Black Creek, Wisc.; two sisters, Dawn Bloedorn of Seymour, Wisc., and Jackie Dahlkie of Grand Chute, Wisc., and two granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Cook.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 4, 2013, at the funeral home.
