WINGO — Services for Wanda Sue Janes, 79, of Wingo will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with the Rev. Jess Alford officiating. Burial will be in Mayfield Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Janes died at 7:50 p.m. Sunday at Mills Health & Rehab Facility.

She was a member of Baltimore Baptist Church and retired from Garan Manufacturing.

Mrs. Janes is survived by her husband, Elmo Janes; two sons, Rick Janes of Mayfield and Tom Janes of Onaway, Mich.; three daughters, Sara Schmitt of Holt, Mich., Sandy Jenuwine of Phoenix, and Janet Schrup of Waconia, Minn.; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Her parents were Raymond and Nannie Abernathey Phipps.
